The Bridge Loan Specialists

About, a division of Hurst Lending & Insurance

The Bridge Loan programs highlighted on are offered through our parent company, Hurst Lending & Insurance. Hurst Lending & Insurance was founded in 2006 and has grown to offer a full range of residential, commercial, investor, and insurance services.

Bridge loans can be hard to find, even when the borrower is well-qualified and the situation is appropriate. A few years ago, our founders began lending their own funds in short-term bridge loans to borrowers with excellent credit who just didn’t quite fit into the box established by conventional lenders. This pilot program was so successful that in 2017, Hurst Lending set up a mortgage investment fund and brought in money from outside investors for the first time in order to expand our ability to offer bridge loans.

At Hurst Lending, we don’t believe in turning people away because their situation doesn’t fit the profile of a standard mortgage loan.  We have a wide range of products, including multiple types of residential bridge loans, that help people who are financially responsible achieve their homeownership goals.

Not Just Lenders, We’re Problem Solvers

Residential Mortgage Lending, Short-Term & Bridge Loans, Investor Programs and More

At Hurst Lending & Insurance, we do offer great rates on conventional mortgages – well below national averages in most cases – but what makes us truly unique is our special expertise in helping our customers overcome mortgage hurdles. If there is a situation that is creating a barrier for a financially responsible buyer, such as employment status (1099 or self-employed), retirement/fixed income, the buyer fell out on an existing home contract, or other logistical hurdle, we can often find a solution. Sometimes the answer is a bridge loan. Other times it is another form of specialty loan.

As a mid-sized lender, we think we are perfectly suited to help our clients solve their home buying challenges.  We have the innovation and flexibility to offer programs the big banks don’t, but we are big enough to have the resources and relationships to make things happen.  We have cultivated relationships with investors who have specific interests that match needs we see in the market, and in some cases we also lend our own funds.

In addition to the various residential bridge loan programs offered on this site, you can visit our parent website to learn about Hurst Lending’s full range of lending solutions.
